Timothy "timoth" Jackson Makes His Mark at the WSOP Circuit in New York

Timothy Jackson is proving that the Free Poker Network (FPN) breeds serious competitors. Taking his talents to the national stage, Timothy recently represented FPN at the highly anticipated WSOP Circuit stop at Turning Stone Resort Casino in New York.

Known around the virtual felt as “timoth,” Jackson earned this incredible opportunity after capturing the Summer Season Championship, a massive victory that secured him a $5,000 Poker package and a chance to shine under the bright lights of the circuit.

Here is a look at how his action-packed weekend unfolded:

Event #1: $400 Mini Main Event

Timothy kicked off his tournament run in one of the series' most popular draws: the $400 Mini Main Event. With a guaranteed $500,000 prize pool and four starting flights, the event drew top talent from across the region.

Taking a seat in Flight C, which featured a packed field of 523 players, Timothy put together an impressive run. Though he ultimately fell just short of the money, finishing in 85th place out of 523, it was a fantastic opening performance. He made the Free Poker Network proud right out of the gate with a strong showing against incredibly tough competition.

Event #2: $400 $50K Guarantee (Saturday)

Saturday brought new challenges as Timothy entered the $400 $50K Guarantee. Poker can be a brutal game, and Timothy found himself seated at a super-aggressive table that relentlessly applied pressure.

He found his spot and got his chips in good with pocket sixes, but ran into two callers. Unfortunately, the poker gods weren't on his side this time, and his hand couldn't hold up through the runout.

Event #3: $600 Black Chip Bounty (Sunday)

Determined to bounce back, Timothy jumped into Sunday’s $600 Black Chip Bounty, for every player eliminated, players receive $100!

Drawing a massive field of 553 players, Timothy hit his stride. He navigated the sprawling field beautifully to make a deep run, officially finishing in 31st place for a $1,381 payday, plus pocketing (3) $100 bounties along the way!
