Twenty-two Misfits ventured out to Joe's Bar Wednesday night. Each one hoping to do what they try and do every week, that's win. There's no telling what the night will bring until it happens. The night could bring a game full of action, bad beats, cracked aces, or absolutely diddly squat if you're card dead. But that's the game we tend to familiarize ourselves with, time and time again. Such is the case with our third place finisher David Wahl, whom was anxious to head to the parking lot because he was a huge underdog. He shoved all his chips just do just so and the cards had other plans as he doubled up more than once. He actually doubled up by cracking his sibling, Keith Wahl 's aces in a huge upset and catapulted his chipstack to a comfortable position to outlast a few other in the final table. In the end, it wasn't enough as it was left heads up between the former landscaper Garth courtney, and Mark Blackwood. Garth came in with back to back wins at Aces and Ales in hopes to sprout another win and take down Joe's as well. But his victory was nipped at the bud by the incorrigible Mark and his insatiable taste for victory.
