Gonzo Gary Springs Forward to Victory

With (hopefully) the last time shift into Daylight Saving Time draining the weekly attendance; Gonzo Gary Lance emerged triumphant from the field full of groggy heads and bloodshot eyes in the antepenultimate match of the Winter Quarter. Some of the key hands to his victory included hitting top two pair with AK in back-to-back hands, resulting in the elimination of one player. And winning two key coinflip races: the first vs Tony Sriracha Ciaranca were Gary’s pocket 10’s held up against Tony’s AK; and the second heads-up against Jim Pinball Wizard Perugini where Gary’s KQ flopped a Q over Jim’s pocket 99’s.
